TDI CCR Air Diluent Diver - Triton Rebreather

 This is the entry level certifcation for divers wishing to utilise a closed circuit rebreather (CCR) for air diving. The objective of the course is to train divers in the benefits, hazards and proper procedures for diving a CCR and to develop basic skills to a maximum depth of 30metres using air as diluent. This is a no decompression course.

Pre Requisites

• To be a minimum of 18 years old
• Certified Open Water Diver or equivalent
• Minimum 20 logged dives
• Provide proof as a TDI Nitrox Diver or equivalent from agencies recognized by TDI
• *Sidemount Qualification with 10 logged dives

Course Structure

Day 1: Theory and Equipment Session, Confined Water Session

Day 2: Dives 1 & 2

Day 3: Dives 3 & 4

Day 4: Dives 5 & 6

Day 5: Dive 7 & Theory Exam

*The Triton unit can be dived in different configurations including single tank, twin tank and side mount. If side mount is going to be used the diver is required to have a sidemount certification with 10 logged dives using sidemount configuration.
